I've recently graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors Degree in both Psychology as well as Visual Arts however I've discovered that my true passion lies in baking and decorating cakes. I’ve always had a love for the culinary arts and recently have decided to learn more and experiment with different techniques of cake decorating in particular. I’ve worked at Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken (Home of the Cake Boss) where I gained a great amount of knowledge and skills. I have a diverse set of skills in the fine arts which has given me a unique advantage in cake decorating.
